Btw, MO is medical officer, who is part of the medical board. This medical board basically rates new NS people's health, and if they are found wanting, they are downgraded. These downgraded people are allowed to skip a lot of exercises and training during NS. Also, if their fitness is so much below the mark, they are considered out of the course, meaning they go directly to become clerks and can just bypass the usual physical training course.
