Beef Noodles

Argh! How to make beef noodles? Not those soupy ones you find in Singapore. [No offense..but I really prefer the one back at Pasar Besar]

Lousy recipes online taste totally different =(

Man..can't even find a picture of the kuan low beef noodles.

Maybe I should get a job..at any of the beef noodle stalls. Haha..could get a sneak peek at the family recipe! Don't worry I won't use it for revenue purposes. Haha..Just for self-consumption or for family and friends *wink* you guys know what to do if you want to be served some authentic kuan low beef noodles! could even adapt it to be chicken noodles for those who abstain from beef *wink wink*
